Learn the process of maple sugaring from start to finish. Identify and tap maple trees, collect sap, and make syrup over a wood-fired evaporator. Taste-test different delicious syrups, including syrup made at the Great Swamp Outdoor Education Center, 247 Southern Blvd., Chatham Township No registration is required, but seating is first come, first served.
