Figure Skating Exhibition with performances by local, high-level skaters, hosted by Caroline Pinke and the International FOP Association.



This event is being held in honor of Whitney Weldon and Ian Cali, to raise money for The Weldon FOP Research Fund.



All proceeds from the event will benefit The Weldon FOP Research Fund. The Weldon Fund supports The Center for Research in FOP and Related Disorders at the University of Pennsylvania, where scientists have successfully isolated the FOP gene, and are closer than ever to finding a cure.



FOP (Fibrodysplasia Ossificans Progressiva) is an extremely rare and debilitating disease in which a genetic mutation of the body's repair mechanism causes muscles, tendons, ligaments, and other connective tissues to harden into bone.
