Once a year on the last Sunday in July we honor the memory of Bill Perry, a great international blues guitarist, who was born and died in Chester NY. It's an all afternoon event with some of the best blues musicians including members of Bill's band performing. This is a family event. Bring some chairs or a blanket and you're guaranteed to have a great afternoon. It's also a free event. At about 3PM we'll present the Music for Humanity Scholarship Awards including the Bill Perry Award to Annie Ducham, Tyler Odelll, Maxfield Panish, Emma Stoneberg, Joshua Gehres, and Daniel Wininger. Each one will all receive a $1000 MFH scholarship. Thank you to all the musicians and people who have donated their time, talent and money to help spread the power of music.
