Curious visual perspectives, questions of what you see, looking deep into an abyss… but, maybe you’re wrong, maybe you’re really looking up. Shadows that trick you, light that deceives you, colors that keep you guessing. All of this and more are what make the paintings of artist David John Rush so unique. His contemporary style, called Chromatic Structuralism combines the elements of color theory and geometry. Their powerful images will no doubt delight the onlooker.
The exhibit will run from Friday, December 1 through Sunday, December 31. Hours are Monday-Thursday, 9am-9pm. Friday and Saturday, 9am-5pm and Sunday, 1pm-5pm. The library will be closed December 25.
