Helping Animals Rescue Team (HART) is a small scale, foster-based rescue group based in Northern New Jersey, that functions entirely through volunteers. We raise funds for shelter assistance as so many shelters are not funded to even feed the animals they care for. We also fundraise in support of the spay/neuter initiative in an effort to stop the overpopulation of pets in shelters.
