This weekend gates will be opening at 10:00 AM both Saturday and Sunday. Beer Garden will be opening at 12:00PM for anyone of legal drinking age. Racing will start around 12:00 as well. Food concessions will be available and provided by Latitude 41 throughout the weekend. We also have an ice cream truck coming as well. Roughly 60 race boats ranging from 13 different types of classes will be traveling to our event. Some of these boats are coming from as far away as Canada and Florida to attend.

No coolers, drinks and or lunch boxes will be allowed in the park and Police will randomly be checking peoples belongings upon entry. Chairs and blankets are allowed for seating. This is a fully sanction and insured event through the American Power Boat Association which means boats are competitively racing for points throughout the season. Speeds range from 80 to 150 MPH depending on hull and boat type.

This event is being hosted to bring an exciting spectator event to the local area while utilizing the beautiful geographic setting of Browns Point. We promote and advertise for local business’s to raise money to host the event each year. In addition we donate money to the Greenwood Forest Fire Department (CO#3) for there added help in supporting the races. The fire department helps with traffic and crowd control while members of the Greenwood Lake Power Boat Association work the logistics of the event.

For directions spectators should use 2020 Greenwood lake Turnpike Hewitt NJ 07421 on the GPS. From there people will be directed to selected parking areas.

-$10.00 (General Admission)

-$5.00 (General Admission ages 5-12 years old)

-$5.00 (Pit Pass) Additional charge to general admission and good for both days but waiver must be signed and no opened toed shoes.
