Designed for those new to trail riding, this workshop is for those who want to learn the basics of riding techniques and emergency trail repair. Trail riding will take place at the Blue Mountain Lakes mountain-bike trail in the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. Clinic emphasis will be on developing trail-riding skills, repairing flat tires, broken forks, gear adjustments, riding etiquette, and necessary tools. Participants must provide their own mountain or hybrid bike and helmet (required). Bike rentals available with advance notice. INSTRUCTOR: Lyle Lange, President, Kittatinny Mountain Bike Association.
