Milling, the Engines of the Past. Learn about the Mills that were through out NJ from Master Miller Ivins Smith from Cooper Mill. Mills were used to create many things we use engines. In the 1870's Mills were our engines. In NJ they were used for lumber, silk, forges, cider, as well as grain. In addition windmills will be discussed which were used and are still being used through out America and the World. We are pleased to be able to have this special event.
