New Jersey Audubon Society’s Weis Ecology Center is offering you the chance to learn how to create a successful butterfly garden on Saturday, August 10th, from 10:30 am to Noon. The man behind Weis’ butterfly garden, Chuck Blewett, will guide participants through the basics of creating your own backyard habitat and turning your yard into a living kaleidoscope!
The program will include an indoor presentation, a question-and-answer period and then a walk through our butterfly garden. Consider coming early and attending Weis’ Hummingbird program at 9 am! Pre-registration is required.
The cost for this program is $12 for Non-members and $8 for Members of New Jersey Audubon Society. Registration is limited to the first 15 people who respond, so please mail your name, address, phone number, number of participants and a check payable to Weis Ecology Center.
