Winter Carnival 2018. Winter Carnival 2018 kicks off this Friday night with a Wine Tasting Dinner as well as Miss winter carnival, and a torch lighting ceremony! Saturday we have contest through out the day and a bonfire on the ice! Sunday is jammed packed, starting with a pancake breakfast, more contests, the polar bear plunge, and auction.
