Led by our certified instructor, this 1-mile guided nature immersion incorporates the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, or “forest bathing” and promotes health and wellbeing through contact with nature using sensory awareness and mindfulness activities. Shinrin-yoku walks have been shown to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, elevate mood, boost the immune system, and improve sleep.
