Canal Day Music & Craft Festival. Wharton's Canal Day Festival is a country fair that celebrates the Morris Canal and its contribution to the communities along its banks. There will be live music, arts and craft displays, blacksmith demos, pony & hay rides, Civil War encampments, and more. The Canal Society of NJ will be there to offer historical walking tours along the canal, as well as boat rides on the Canal Explorer on the waters of the Morris Canal!
