Greenwood Lake Winter Carnival 2019. It’s an ALL NEW Greenwood Lake Winter Carnival in 2019. The 1st Annual Winter Carnival, hosted by the Greenwood Lake Chamber of Commerce, will be held at the Thomas P. Morahan Waterfront Park. The free event is set for President's Day weekend, February 16th and 17th, from 10am – 5pm. Outdoor events and contests will be going on all day for kids and adults. Snow tubing and ice racing are weather permitting. Vendors will be selling food and beer! The 5th Annual Warwick Valley Humane Society Polar Plunge is scheduled for 3:00 on Sunday, so get out your cold weather gear and enjoy the winter festivities!
