Volunteer Open House and Season Kick-off. Volunteer Opportunities We are pleased to have many individuals who want to volunteer at the State's botanical garden. There are many areas where your help is needed. Some of these are in garden maintenance and others are non-gardening opportunities. All of these areas support our beautiful garden. Greenhouse - Unfortunately, space is limited, and we cannot accommodate any more volunteers. Specialty Gardens - Garden maintenance will begin in April. We welcome volunteers. Programs - We are expanding this area and we welcome volunteers. (Informational Meeting on March 9th- see below) Communication - We're expanding this area and we welcome volunteers. (Informational Meeting on March 9th- see below) Summer Concerts - We are expanding this area and we welcome volunteers. Membership - We are expanding this area and we welcome volunteers. Specialty Skills - Computer, carpentry, housekeeping, clerical and other special skills- We welcome volunteers with these skills.
