The Sussex County Historical Society presents a Magic Lantern Show. We will look at views of Sussex County from the 1890's to 1910 including Newton, Andover, Huntsburg, and Lake Hopatcong. The Lantern slides are from the George Watson Roy Collection; Roy also mapped the Old Newton Burial Ground in the 1890's. The narrator for the evening will be William Strait and the projectionist will be Geoffrey Ithen. Admission is free, seating is limited, and donations are gratefully accepted.
