Join archaeologist and author, Edward J. Lenik, on a hike around the grounds of Ringwood Manor and where he will discuss the history and culture of Indian peoples in the Highlands region. The Ramapough Lenape Nation has roots here reaching back 12,500 years. Learn about their lifeways, subsistence practices, burial practices, stone tools, stone tools, habitation sites, folklore, myths, and legends. Visit places at Ringwood Manor associated with their history. Advanced registration required. Limit of 50 people on tour.
