Don't miss the Culinary Event of the Year. The New Jersey Wine & Food Festival features the culinary creations of dozens of top chefs from New Jersey, New York and beyond paired with exceptional wines and spirits from around the world. The event kicks off Friday evening with exclusive dinners in the Crystal Springs Clubhouse (Wine Cellar Dinner and Top Chefs & Top Wines Dinner) and a special pop up of the Crystal Cabaret in the Big Sky Pavilion. Festivities continue during the day on Saturday with a an expansive brunch and a variety of pop-ups, cooking demonstrations and interactive culinary seminars. The main event takes place at 7PM Saturday evening in a takeover of the entire Crystal Springs Clubhouse where guests are invited to sample dishes from dozens of chefs paired with samplings of over 200 wines and spirits from some of the world's best wineries and distilleries. And don't miss the highly anticipated Afterparty in the tropical Crystal Springs Biosphere with additional libations, food and over the top entertainment. For guests who spend the evening, there is a Sunday brunch served from 10AM -1PM. We hope you can join us!
