Join Naturalists from New Jersey Audubon Society’s Weis Ecology Center for a winter excursion to High Point State Park. We’ll carpool to High Point Cross Country Ski Center in Sussex County, NJ and ski-hike along easy and moderate groomed trails searching for animal tracks and other signs of winter activity. Participants must have some experience on skis or be a graduate of Weis’ Beginner Ski Clinics (contact Weis for more information on clinics).

The cost of the ski-hike is $35 per person, with a $10 discount for members of the New Jersey Audubon Society which includes equipment rental. If you have your own equipment the cost is $25 for and $15 for members of NJAS. Pre-registration is required as space is limited. The Weis Ecology Center is one of nine staffed centers operated by the New Jersey Audubon Society, a private, not-for-profit, member supported organization. The Center’s goal is to enhance people’s awareness of, and appreciation for, their environment.
