Waterloo Village and The Canal Society of New Jersey announce the 8th Annual Canal Day Festival. Celebrate Morris Canal history by viewing the Cathy H., a boat that navigated the waters of the Morris Canal. It was used as a pleasure craft when the canal was still in operation and now serves as a museum exhibit. Listen to a variety of musicians play almost-forgotten Morris Canal songs, see rarely exhibited artifacts and take a variety of special Canal and walking tours. You may also decide to view the Canal Society's new DVD about the Morris and D & R canals, as well as our working model of an inclined-plane. Included with village admission.
