Isaac Hayes, Academy Award winning musician, will be signing copies of his new cookbook Cooking with Heart and Soul. The new book contains recipes from his southern childhood to the healthier trends of today. Mr. Hayes will be at the final Lunchtime Jazz Concert at the Newark museum signing books and demonstrating his cooking talents and his new barbeque sauce.
