The North Jersey Chapter of the Ninety-Nines is sponsoring its annual Twenty Pennies-a-Pound at Lincoln Park Airport on Saturday, October 4, 2003 starting at 10:00 a.m. Rain date is Sunday, October 5, 2003..
General aviation airplane rides will cost twenty cents a pound with a $10.00 minimum and a $35.00 maximum. Children under two years of age require a car seat to ride in a general aviation airplane. Prices for rides in antique or specialty aircraft will vary.
Introduce someone you love to the thrill of flying and see North Jersey from the sky. Proceeds from this event fund the North Jersey Chapter’s aviation scholarships, safety seminars, educational programs and air-markings.
