Want to make new friends and enjoy the great outdoors? You are invited to experience the striking views of fall color from below and above Wyanokie High Point on this moderately paced three-mile social hike led by Weis Naturalist, Nancy Anderson. Take pleasure in nature as we bring you outside to enjoy the crisp autumn air and the fellowship of friends - both old and new. Hikers should bring water. NOTE: There is a second hike for families with children at 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. the same day.
The cost of the Fall Foliage Hike is $8 per person, with a $3 discount for members of the New Jersey Audubon Society. Pre-registration is required as space is limited. To register: mail payment along with your name, address, phone number and the number of participants to: NJAS' Weis Ecology Center, 150 Snake Den Road, Ringwood, NJ 07456.
