NJAS' Weis Ecology Center
150 Snake Den Road
Ringwood, New Jersey

Ringwood - Hike to the rooftop of the Highlands on Sunday, April 18th for some truly impressive mountain and lake views with leader Don Weise and the WWW Hiking Club. In this very strenuous 8-mile loop day hike multiple peaks will be climbed, including Black Rock Mountain. WWW Hikes emphasize physical challenge, rugged terrain, steep climbs, and a fast pace. Good cardiovascular fitness and pre-registration are required. Hikers depart the Weis Ecology Center at 9am and return around 2:30pm. Dress appropriately for the weather and bring proper footwear. Bring a lunch and water in a daypack. For safety reasons, leader reserves the right to refuse anyone not adequately prepared.
