Ole Towne Festival. Phillipsburg's three-day festival is back with two locations for fun. Friday 6-10pm at Shappell Park, South Main Street, features a Beach Party theme & dress with The Rip Chords, who tore up the charts in 1964 with "Hey Little Cobra." Also, food, games and kids' activities. Saturday 12-9pm at Walters Park, off Warren Street, includes a car show, entertainment all day in the band shell, Battle of the Bands, 5K run, Bingo and more.
