The Sierra Club presents Dr. Christopher C. Obropta who will discuss NJ Stormwater Management Plans. From a watershed basis, he will address water quality and quantity issues that aim to minimize flooding, eliminate nonpoint source pollution, and assist municipalities in better managing their stormwater.
