Warren County Historical Learning Center at Bread Lock Park. The Historical Learning Center is a cooperative between the nonprofit Highlands Community Service Project and the Warren County Freeholders. The Center has models and displays of Warren County history with emphasis on the Morris Canal, Oxford Furnace and Lenape Indians.
