Maple-Sugar Boil at Millbrook Village. National Park rangers will demonstrate the drawing of maple sap from trees and boil that sap into syrup. Samples will be displayed and recipes of foods made with maple syrup are available. Various buildings will open for tours and demonstrations in this historic 19th Century village. 10am-3pm, Millbrook Village, Hardwick Township, in the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, at the junction of Old Mine Road and Route 602 (Blairstown-Millbrook Road).
