The Players Guild of Leonia announces Auditions for: AS BEES IN HONEY DROWN By Douglas Carter Beane; directed by Ray Yucis

When: Tuesday March 8 and Thursday March 10 at 7:30 pm.

Show Dates: three weekends, June 10 â€“ 26, 2005. Fridays & Saturdays at 8:00pm, Sundays at 3:00pm.

Cast of 6 (3 men, 3 women) as follows:

â€¢Alexa Vere de Vere: (30-ish) Vivacious, charismatic, very verbal.

â€¢Evan Wyler:(late 20s/early 30s) Young idealistic writer who is all too willing to be seduced by the glamorous life of fancy restaurants, top hotels, & allure of fame.

â€¢2 Men, 2 Women (varying ages): These four actors play all the other characters (rock stars, hotel clerks, struggling artists, record executives, secretaries, waiters, etc.). Versatility a must!
