Apple Festival at Millbrook Village. Held by the Millbrook Village Society in conjunction with the National Park Service, the Festival includes tours of the cider mill, dry house and demonstrations at the woodworker shop, wheelwright shop, woodcarver shop as well as other demonstrations and tours of the village's buildings. Other events for the kids of all ages are bobbing for apples, apple head doll crafting, and apple fritters cooked on a wood burning stove. An apple recipe contest will be held and prizes awarded for the best recipe in several categories.
