Arts & Crafts Fair/Town-wide Yard Sale. Combining two great events into one, the Washington Business Improvement District presents its Second Annual Arts & Crafts Festival and the Town-wide Yard Sale on one special day. The streets of downtown Washington will be filled with original works of local artists and crafters. Plenty of food and beverages are available in our local restaurants, coffee shops or deli shops. All residents are invited to participate in this annual town-wide yard sale. The festival will take place along E. Washington Avenue from 10am-5pm while the yard sale happens throughout the town.
