Saturday & Sunday, April 8 & 9: Tibetan Buddhist Learning Center Spring Seminar. Buddhist masters have been exploring the mind through careful research and meditative experience to overcome suffering for more than 2,500 years. The Tibetan Buddhist Learning Center (TBLC) has invited associated Buddhist scholar Gareth Sparham, Ph.D., of the University of Michigan to explain the Buddhist presentation of the mind. TBLC resident scholar and director Joshua Cutler will be teaching as well. Three one-hour classes will be held each day: 10:30-11:30am, 1:30-2:30pm & 3-4pm. Students are not required to attend every class, but are welcome to attend any or all. Fees: $50 for one day, $100 for both days, $130 for both days with overnight accommodations including meals.
