Friday-Sunday, April 28-30: Spring Festival. The Warren County Regional Chamber of Commerce is proud to present its 14th Annual Spring Festival, which will take place on the fields behind Centenary College off of Reese and 5th Avenues. Satellite activities will be held at the Community Park/Alumni Field on Willow Grove Street on Saturday morning from 8:30am until noon. Candy giant Masterfoods USA, formerly known as M&M/Mars, will once again host booths and activities featuring their products. Traditionally, tons of candy products are given away during the course of the weekend. Another sponsor, Hackettstown Regional Medical Center, will showcase the broad range of services, programs and resources that the hospital provides. The traditional Business Show tent will highlight dozens of area businesses and organizations. The festival offers a weekend of traditional family fun, featuring live entertainment, rides, a large variety of food vendors, game booths and a petting zoo. Tours of the Hackettstown Hatchery on Reese Ave. and 5th Street will be conducted at 1, 2 and 3pm on both days; register on site as each tour is limited to 30 people. Festival hours are Friday, 5-10pm; Saturday, noon-10pm; and Sunday, noon-6pm. As always, admission to the festival is free.
