We’ll cover the basic principles and theory of astronomy for beginners and seasoned stargazers. A scale model of the solar system will be used to highlight key features. In the evening, we will hike to MOC’s South Lookout. Bring binoculars, hiking boots, warm clothes and a flashlight. Instructor, Craig Constantine. Fee $126 ($140 nonmembers).
