A cooking class, "Creative Ways With Tofu," will be taught by Chef Mark Darragh of Westfield at Kings Cooking Studio in Verona at 300 Pompton Avenue. Chef Mark is a Cooking Instructor and the owner of On The Mark Personal Chef Services, Inc., specializing in "Customized Natural and Organic Meals Prepared in Your Home." The class will take place on February 22nd from 7 to 9:30 PM and Chef Mark will demonstrate how to prepare tofu and how to incorporate it into your favorite recipes. Recipes such as Creamy Corn Miso Soup, Key Lime Pie and Vegetarian Loaf will be demonstrated and participants will taste a sample of each dish prepared for them.
