Is life taking you in the direction of your dreams? This workshop will provide an interactive look at how Affirmation enhances our lives. Learn how to heal your body and the affect world around you. Participants will be asked to identify negative thoughts and then challenge these messages with a positive counterpart. Participants will agree upon three affirmations to repeat every day for one month. Part Two of the workshop held next month will review the changes experienced, the pitfalls of habitual thinking, and how to overcome conditional programming that keeps us from living our best lives.
