On Saturday & Sunday, August 6th & 7th, Ringwood Manor will be transformed into South Africa for the 5th Annual Grand Victorian Tactical weekend. Reenactors representing soldiers of the British Empire and the Boer forces will recreate the fighting which took place at the turn of the 20th century. Skirmishes are planned to take place at 11am, 1pm, and 3pm on Saturday and 11am and 1pm only on Sunday. Camps will break down at 3pm on Sunday. There is no charge for the event, but there is a $5 per car parking fee to enter the park.
