Located in beautiful Lake Mohawk, Arthur's St. Moritz provides a
comfortable, relaxed dining experience and excellent service. We'll
help you satisfy your cravings for our famous hand cut Delmonico steaks
and delicious burgers. Or, if you prefer, you may opt for our
mouthwatering seafood, pasta or salads.We feature live music every
Friday and Saturday and have a garden room available for parties. For a
night out that the whole family will enjoy, visit Arthur's St. Moritz!
Arthurs has a tastefully decorated dining room
with large windows looking out on downtown Lake Mohawk and a small
park. We decide on the Delmonico Steak with a cold lobster salad
for an appetizer. Our other entree was a Stuffed Chicken wrapped
in Applewood Bacon. Both entrees were reasonaably priced and
excellent as was the service. Arthurs in Sparta is worth the
trip!

Executive Chef and Owner
Baldo Baldassare found his
passion for cooking while
growing up working in his
family restaurant located
in Liguria, Italy
(Northern Italy). He
brought his passion to
life by attending culinary
school in Casino of Menton
(South France).
After graduating,
Baldassare brought his
Sicilian roots to America
and opened Baldo Bistro on
Greenwood Lake in 2022.
The menu consists of
classic Italian cuisine
with dishes from Southern
and Northern Italy, and
the restaurant has a large
wine selection and
full-service bar.
Baldassare brings original
Italian recipes directly
from his family, freshly
made pasta, and
thin-crust,
traditional-style pizza
with inspiration from Chef
Giovanni Polini. He will
also incorporate modern
American fare to add a
twist to the menu, such as
fresh lobster rolls,
house-blend burgers, and
Italian & American
small plates for our
guests to share amongst
themselves.!
